Senior Director - Microsoft Data & AI

Location: Remote Home Office based in New York City, Charlotte, Chicago, Atlanta, Austin, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Seattle, United States. Travel of up to 25% may be required.

Annual pay range: $225,000–$325,000, including base salary and bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the AI + Infrastructure organization within the Microsoft Services Practice across Agentic Solutions, Cloud Platform, Data & Intelligence, and AI Security & Governance.
• Translate Microsoft Azure, Fabric IQ, Foundry IQ, Copilot Studio, and agent investments into service roadmaps, repeatable offerings, and delivery frameworks.
• Lead managers and practice leaders, including workforce planning, succession planning, capability development, and performance management.
• Provide executive oversight for complex engagements spanning cloud, data, AI, agents, security, and governance.
• Manage utilization, capacity, backlog, pipeline health, delivery quality, financial performance, and customer outcomes.
• Partner with sales, solution architecture, project management, managed services, Microsoft, and enterprise clients to grow services revenue and deliver measurable business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 or more years of progressive leaderhirify.globalp experience in technology services, consulting, cloud, data, AI, or Microsoft practices.
• 5 or more years leading managers, directors, senior technical leaders, or multidisciplinary delivery organizations.
• Experience building or scaling professional services capabilities, repeatable offerings, and complex enterprise delivery programs.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Foundry, Copilot Studio, agents, data platforms, identity, security, and governance services.
• Experience managing utilization, capacity, staffing, delivery quality, portfolio health, financial performance, and executive client relationhirify.globalps.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, Azure architecture, cybersecurity architecture, identity, or agentic AI certifications.
• Equivalent demonstrated leaderhirify.globalp experience in place of specific certifications.
