Salesforce Administrator

Location: Remote

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year; the offer may vary based on geographic location, experience, and skill level.

What you will do

• Administer Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, security settings, custom objects, fields, layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and Flow automations.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot configuration, integration, performance, and user issues, and support releases, sandboxes, and deployments.
• Provide user support, onboarding, training, documentation, knowledge articles, release notes, and guidance on Salesforce best practices.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics while maintaining data quality through audits, validation checks, deduplication, imports, exports, and mass updates.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into configuration changes, workflow improvements, and declarative automation.
• Participate in testing, UAT, change management, security reviews, audits, compliance initiatives, and governance activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience supporting business users as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud with Omni-Channel, Lightning Experience, Flows, complex reporting, and dashboards.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, maintain data integrity, and balance operational support with long-term platform improvements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, triggers, CI/CD tools, release pipelines, and source control such as Azure DevOps, Gearset, and Git.
• Experience with strict security models, access management, Agile environments, healthcare, or growth-focused organizations.
• Experience using AI tools to improve analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and delivery.
