Care Coordinator (Pharmacy)

What you will do

• Coordinate with the Care Team Lead and Care Team Member Services Manager to support member enrollment and maintenance in the IPC Copay Assistance Program.
• Coordinate member implementation calls and provide client support.
• Review claims, including daily rejected and paid claims, prior authorizations, and patient histories.
• Identify eligible patients, determine their next coverage date, and assist with enrollment in manufacturer programs.
• Maintain patient databases for follow-up, tracking, and reporting.
• Handle job duties requiring risk-designated access to electronic protected health information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of experience directly related to the listed duties.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Must be based in the USA while working remotely.

Nice to have

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.
