Land Associate (Data Centers)

What you will do

• Analyze markets and maintain databases covering land opportunities, projects, transaction comparables, and market intelligence.
• Review potential sites and identify market, regulatory, customer, power, natural gas, fiber, zoning, wetlands, environmental, utility, planning, and adjacent-land risks.
• Coordinate land diligence with technical advisors, vendors, architects, engineers, environmental specialists, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Support budgets, vendor contracts, incentives, commercial agreements, preliminary financial underwriting, and business development for new land opportunities.
• Coordinate multiple site-selection and development projects through acquisition, closing, entitlements, approvals, and handoff to engineering and construction.
• Prepare capital committee materials and support executive presentations.

Requirements

• Four-year degree, preferably in business, finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in real estate investment or development, site selection, or a related real estate or investment area.
• Strong understanding of real estate, valuation, capital markets, and deal structuring.
• Highly analytical, organized, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to complete applicable pre-employment background, drug, and motor vehicle record checks.
