Commercial Title Coordinator

Location: Remote within the United States; listed location is New York, USA

hirify.global provides title and escrow production support across mortgage services, commercial, direct, and agency divisions.

What you will do

• Research incoming title orders and prepare accurate ordering instructions.
• Coordinate multi-site project intake, transaction management, title production support, and settlement preparation.
• Review order requests, production reports, vendor work, and internal system data for accuracy and completeness.
• Track file status, obtain outstanding documents, approve completed files, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Manage vendor onboarding, relationships, performance trends, service issues, and corrective actions.
• Develop project plans, requirements, deliverables, performance standards, policies, and procedures for vendor management programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of title experience, including property title searches, documents, issues, and complexities.
• Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and company or client operating systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States.
