Commercial Manager (Cost Management)

Location: Ashburn, Virginia, United States; site-based with travel to site 2 days per month

What you will do

• Participate in tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend by preparing valuations and cost reports.
• Communicate cost variations clearly to project stakeholders.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss and expense claims.
• Maintain clear cost documentation and timely communication to support project decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for site-based work in Ashburn, Virginia, with travel to site 2 days per month.
• Ability to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and colleagues.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
