Human Resources Director (Beer Marketing)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; travel to other office locations and off-site meetings may be required.

Salary: $133,300–$212,900 per year.

What you will do

• Serve as the senior HR business partner to Beer Marketing leadership and a strategic advisor to senior executives.
• Lead HR strategy for New to World Innovation initiatives, including organization design, capability planning, leadership readiness, and change management.
• Lead the HR workstream for US Beer Division M&A, covering due diligence, talent assessment, integration planning, retention, communications, and cultural integration.
• Shape workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Oversee the delivery of performance, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, engagement, learning, and wellbeing programs.
• Coach HR professionals and cross-functional partners while influencing priorities without relying on formal reporting authority.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of progressive HR experience across strategic partnership, employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, organizational design, talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and change management.
• Proven experience leading HR support for complex transformation, innovation buildouts, operating model changes, or large-scale organizational change.
• Experience with M&A due diligence, integration planning, talent assessment, organization design, retention planning, employee communication, and change management.
• Strong executive influencing, consulting, communication, coaching, project management, and workforce planning skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment, wage, and salary laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in Chicago, Illinois, and travel to other office locations or off-site meetings as needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent HR certification.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods, beverage, marketing, sales, or related commercial organizations.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide HR initiatives and change management programs.
