Location: Marion, North Carolina, United States; onsite 5 days per week

Salary: $112,000–$154,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop organizational strategy, culture, and workforce plans aligned with business and operational goals.
• Coach managers and strengthen leadership routines, accountability, communication, and decision quality.
• Lead engagement, inclusion, psychological safety, change management, and organizational health initiatives.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, performance systems, development planning, and leadership continuity.
• Advise business and HR leaders on organizational design, workforce strategy, employee relations, staffing, and capability needs.
• Apply 6S principles, quality standards, SOPs, and cGMP requirements in the manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional HR experience, including at least 2 years in a generalist, organizational effectiveness, talent, culture, change management, or HR business partner role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a relevant master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with organizational strategy, workforce planning, culture, change management, talent, performance management, or organizational design.
• Strong consulting, coaching, facilitation, influencing, project management, communication, and employee relations skills.
• Ability to understand safety and quality instructions and read written work instructions, including words and drawings.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills required. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing, quality-regulated, global, or multi-site HR experience.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
