Head of Organizational Effectiveness

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid work. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $137,400–$240,400 USD base pay annually, plus potential discretionary bonus and equity component.

What you will do

• Advise business and HR leaders on organizational structures, operating models, governance, decision rights, and role design.
• Lead skills-based workforce planning and future workforce modeling, including assessment of AI and automation impacts.
• Develop and execute organizational change strategies for transformation, restructuring, and operating model changes.
• Improve leadership effectiveness, decision-making, accountability, collaboration, and team performance.
• Establish organizational effectiveness methodologies, tools, governance processes, standards, and portfolio prioritization.
• Build and scale the Organizational Effectiveness function and lead a team whose size will evolve with business demand.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Strategy, HR Consulting, Management Consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience advising senior executives on organizational and workforce challenges.
• Demonstrated success leading organization design, workforce transformation, change management, or operating model initiatives.
• Experience building organizational capability, frameworks, and consulting approaches.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, stakeholder management, executive influencing, and change leadership skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
