TL;DR
AI Solutions Consultant (AI): Advising enterprise customers on adopting an agentic AI software development platform, with an accent on software architecture, cloud infrastructure, APIs, CI/CD, and developer workflows. Focus on leading proofs of concept, integrating the platform into existing environments, translating customer feedback into product improvements, and driving post-sale adoption and expansion.

Location: London, United Kingdom; on-site

Salary: $90,000–$160,000 per year plus uncapped commission and equity

What you will do

  • Advise enterprise customers on technical architecture and implementation.
  • Lead technical discussions on software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
  • Run proofs of concept and demonstrate measurable business impact.
  • Guide customers through integrating hirify.global into existing development environments.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the customer lifecycle and translate feedback into product and roadmap insights.
  • Build relationships with technical stakeholders and executives, then drive post-sale adoption and expansion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
  • Experience with enterprise customers or complex technical environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.
  • Experience helping companies modernize engineering workflows.
