Director, Internal Consulting (Financial Services)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia. Hybrid workplace model with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-regional consulting engagements across business and technology domains.
• Advise senior executives and influence strategic decisions in individual and group forums.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships across the firm.
• Provide expertise in operating models, technology, data, regulatory matters, and strategy.
• Structure complex programs and oversee delivery by other Internal Consulting team members.
• Shape the consulting practice while coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or internal transformation roles.
• Experience in financial services, preferably asset management.
• Proven ability to lead and scale consulting teams in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the highest levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficiency with executive-level presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
