Director, Internal Consulting (Financial Services)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid workplace model with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-regional consulting engagements across business and technology domains.
• Advise executive and senior leadership teams and influence strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships across the firm.
• Provide expertise in operating models, technology, data, regulatory readiness, and strategy.
• Structure and manage complex transformation programs while overseeing delivery by Senior Principal Consultants.
• Develop the Internal Consulting practice, mentor team members, and promote collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or internal transformation roles.
• Experience in financial services; asset management experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and scale consulting teams in a global, matrixed environment.
• Deep understanding of the financial services and/or asset management industry.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the highest levels.
• Bachelor’s degree and proficiency with executive-level presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
