Staff Solutions Consultant (Crypto)

Location: New York, NY, United States; in-office collaboration is expected 10+ days per month. Travel to customer and partner locations may comprise 20–30% of the role.

Salary: $180,000–$225,000 USD annual base salary for positions based in New York. Equity, bonuses, and commissions are additional.

What you will do

• Onboard customers and partners and implement hirify.global payment solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch products, refine customer requirements, and drive market adoption.
• Act as the functional and technical specialist for customer and partner business objectives.
• Design, deploy, test, train users on, and support the launch of new solutions.
• Break project objectives into manageable tasks and guide internal and external resources through delivery.
• Travel to customer and partner locations when required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven IT or software experience.
• Experience delivering software solutions for major global organizations and industry groups.
• Strong understanding of network principles and design, including financial services networks.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues across networks, databases, and applications.
• Experience leading customer or partner software integration engagements and building trusted relationships.
• Hands-on software development experience, ideally writing production-grade code.

Nice to have

• Experience with institutional crypto custody solutions.
• Knowledge of market dynamics and technological developments affecting financial technology and digital assets.
