Senior Data Analyst, Reporting (AI)

Location: New York City office in the Financial District; work in the office three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $167,000–$210,000 per year, plus equity incentive eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Own client-facing analyses and reports end-to-end, from scoping through delivery.
• Partner with relationship managers and other client-facing stakeholders to answer business questions through robust reports and presentations.
• Build scalable, maintainable automation for the client reporting suite in collaboration with data engineering.
• Develop domain expertise and identify new insights that improve client outcomes and reporting impact.
• Advocate for consistent metrics, clear documentation, effective visualization, and strong stakeholder communication.
• Investigate complex, ambiguous business problems and provide analysis for strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, consulting, or a similar data-centric role.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience independently owning reporting projects from start to finish.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse and SQL at scale.
• Experience building analytics and dashboards and validating results with AI agents.
• Strong attention to detail, data communication skills, and a focus on automation and scalable solutions.
