Project Engineer (Systems Engineering)

What you will do

• Define and refine requirements, analyze datasets, and develop recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Develop and apply tools and processes to optimize technical delivery.
• Create detailed technical reports and visualizations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Evaluate test results and identify key system performance indicators.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and management to refine technical approaches and outputs.
• Mentor and guide technical engineering execution across multiple projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with complex engineering programs.
• 10+ years supporting the intelligence community.
• 10+ years guiding and assisting senior military officers and executives.
• Master’s degree in a STEM field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Ability to independently analyze complex systems, work through ambiguity, design experiments with limited data, and communicate technical findings clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced military concepts and technology development.
