Project Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: Raleigh/Durham, United States. US work authorization is required.

What you will do

• Coordinate operational readiness and inspection readiness initiatives in a regulated life sciences environment.
• Track action plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, corrective actions, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate planning, triage, resolution, and lessons-learned meetings across functional teams.
• Support inspection readiness through gap assessment coordination, documentation management, evidence collection, and stakeholder preparation.
• Maintain project dashboards, status updates, key performance indicators, leadership reports, risk registers, and dependency trackers.
• Prepare final project summaries covering completed activities, residual risks, open actions, and recommended next steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or a related life sciences discipline.
• 3–7 years of project management experience in the regulated life sciences industry.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, risk management, issue tracking, dependency management, and status reporting.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, drive accountability, manage action-item closure, and present updates to leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. C2C arrangements are not available.
