What you will do

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close multiple projects within the Reagent Solutions Division.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and potential roadblocks with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain project schedules and resource plans, track progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings, maintain documentation, and communicate project updates.
• Manage risks, changes, interventions, and schedule constraints to keep deliverables on time, within budget, and at the required quality level.
• Evaluate project outcomes and present reports covering progress, problems, and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as biological sciences, biochemistry, biotechnology, or engineering.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in biotech, life sciences, or academia.
• Experience with ISO 0991, GMP, and ISO 13485 compliance.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies and their practical application.
• Proficiency with project scheduling software such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project, spreadsheets, databases, accounting, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
