Business Systems Analyst – CRM

What you will do

• Partner with Product Owners and business, technology, support, and product teams on strategic initiatives and daily execution.
• Research issues, analyze data, document requirements, prepare presentations and status materials, and track actions and dependencies.
• Create user stories, test scenarios, process flows, business requirements, and supporting documentation.
• Support Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams Deal Hub, SharePoint, and other business applications.
• Research and resolve user issues, perform initial troubleshooting, coordinate with technology partners, and maintain support documentation.
• Support the migration from CIB Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365, including data mapping, reconciliation, testing, release validation, and readiness activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Business Execution, implementation, strategic planning, consulting, training, military, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, data organization, reconciliation, documentation, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting business applications, operational processes, or technology projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to evaluate process improvements using AI, automation, and reusable assets while maintaining risk, compliance, and governance standards.
• Work is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, under a W-2 contract.

Nice to have

• Experience in corporate and investment banking, commercial banking, lending, capital markets, treasury management, CRM, or another financial services environment.
• Exposure to Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, nCino, Jira, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
• Experience with data migration, system integrations, application testing, Agile delivery, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or Power Platform AI capabilities.
