Applications Analyst (iManage)

What you will do

• Support the full systems life cycle for enterprise applications, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Administer iManage document management infrastructure and integrated business applications.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures, perform data analysis, and support data integration and migration.
• Evaluate and support cloud-hosted applications, including SaaS and Azure environments, SSL/TLS certificates, REST APIs, authentication, and integration troubleshooting.
• Coordinate vendors, consultants, contractors, and internal technology resources during maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Lead or support systems projects by establishing timelines, coordinating resources, documenting progress, and providing status updates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive experience with cloud-hosted enterprise applications, Windows Server, software installations and upgrades, production application support, and Microsoft SQL Management Studio.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer technology, management information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with iManage DMS infrastructure, including Work 10, iManage Cloud, GDSI, Threat Manager, IRM, Disposition Manager, Intapp Walls, and integrated applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, SQL scripting, stored procedures, reports management, server virtualization, storage area networks, scripting, monitoring, security, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with SaaS integrations, SSL/TLS certificates, REST APIs, web services, OAuth, API keys, and troubleshooting integration failures.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, delegation, coordination, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• ITIL certification.
• Experience with additional iManage products such as iManage Threat Manager, iManage Records Manager, GDSI, RBRO, or Litera iManage tools.
