Senior Application Analyst (PACS)

What you will do

• Serve as the PACS technical subject-matter expert and advisor to project and support teams.
• Review vendor architecture, design, integration, and implementation plans.
• Support the upgrade and stabilization of the enterprise PACS platform, including the AMAG Symmetry upgrade to V11.
• Define operational support, monitoring, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Guide integrations with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and security systems.
• Support testing, production readiness, and implementation activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting, upgrading, and implementing enterprise Physical Access Control Systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with AMAG Symmetry; this is the primary qualification.
• Experience with PACS architecture, badge management, access provisioning, alarms, readers, controllers, and Field Control Panels.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience and experience with enterprise application integrations and APIs.
• Experience supporting highly available, multi-site systems and working with PACS vendors, system integrators, and implementation teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder communication, and technical leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AMAG Connect or Guest.
• Experience with AWS, cloud-hosted, or hybrid architectures.
• Experience with Kafka, event streaming, messaging platforms, or real-time integration architectures.
• Experience integrating PACS with identity management, HR systems, PSIM, VMS, IDS, or ServiceNow.
• Experience with CyberArk, SIEM platforms, Splunk, enterprise monitoring, utility or critical infrastructure environments, or NERC CIP-regulated industries.
