IT Product Manager IV (CIAM)

Location: Remote from Chicago, Illinois, United States

Salary: $55–$65 per hour

What you will do

• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for the CIAM platform.
• Analyze authentication and authorization workflows and identify improvements across digital channels.
• Map user journeys and define use cases for login, registration, password management, and multi-factor authentication.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and testing.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues, supporting timely resolution and escalation.
• Support user acceptance testing and provide training and documentation for business and support users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a business or product analyst, preferably on identity management or digital authentication projects.
• Strong understanding of CIAM, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, digital channel integration, and identity provider platforms.
• Knowledge of multi-factor authentication, policy design, and adaptive or risk-based authentication strategies.
• Foundational working knowledge of Splunk and SQL, plus strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be located in Chicago, Illinois, United States; the role is remote.
