SVP, Product (AI)

What you will do

• Define the AI product strategy across the marketplace, talent and client experiences, internal systems, and commercial products.
• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, investment allocation, and business outcomes for the full product portfolio.
• Design AI-enabled products and agentic capabilities, including build-versus-buy decisions, evaluation frameworks, packaging, and pricing.
• Establish the product operating model, metrics, planning cadence, prioritization framework, and evidence-based decision processes.
• Lead product resourcing, workforce planning, hiring, leadership development, and quality standards across the organization.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, New Businesses, Professional Services, and Customer leaders while integrating acquisitions and new products.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of software product management experience and at least 8 years leading product organizations and product leaders.
• Experience owning an entire product portfolio at a high-growth technology company and setting executive-level strategy across multiple teams and domains.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-enabled products, including agentic architectures, orchestration, retrieval, context engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production model economics.
• Proven ability to build and raise the level of product organizations through hiring, development, workforce planning, and accountability for measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical discipline; a master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• English communication is required; experience working with globally distributed teams, agile methodologies, growth marketing, data analysis, and user research is expected.

• Experience with marketplace, platform, or two-sided business models.
• Prior experience as a Software Engineer.
• Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
