Quote to Cash Coordinator - Contract Management

What you will do

• Support quote-to-order, order processing, and licensing operations.
• Enter and maintain data across CRM, ERP, CPQ, licensing, and entitlement systems.
• Manage intake and resolution of internal and customer requests related to quoting, order management, and licensing.
• Follow license order fulfillment procedures and handle assigned issues in a service management system.
• Review signed contracts and manage countersignatures using DocuSign.
• Collaborate with peers and other organizations to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of applicable experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes, repetitive administrative work, and multiple priorities.
• Ability to work extended hours during high-volume periods, especially at the end of quarters.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or related field of study preferred.
