Warehouse Coordinator (Fixed-Term 12 Months) 3rd Shift (Warehouse Operations): Managing warehouse facilities, material flow, inventory transactions, and shipping and receiving for manufacturing operations with an accent on inventory accuracy, ERP/MRP systems, and quality compliance. Focus on supervising material movement, investigating discrepancies, maintaining documentation, and supporting process improvement and cycle counting.
Location: Onsite in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico; 3rd shift.

What you will do
- Supervise shipping, receiving, storage, registration, and movement of materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions and support inventory flow between manufacturing, packaging, and production kitting areas.
- Coordinate cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions using ERP systems.
- Establish warehouse procedures and maintain documentation required for quality and records management.
- Participate in process and quality improvement projects while supporting inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, material control, and inventory management.
- Experience or knowledge with ERP, MRP, CAF, and CATSWEB information systems.
- PC proficiency, including Windows, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards preferred.
