Manager, Campus & Student Experience

Location: Toronto office at 483 Bay Street, moving to the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in approximately late 2026. Flexible hybrid schedule; current work authorization for Canada is required. Travel is approximately 10%.

Salary: CAD 133,000–164,000 total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and evolve the campus recruitment and student experience strategy across Canada.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Campus Relations Managers.
• Build partnerships with universities, colleges, faculty leaders, and student organizations.
• Oversee the Fidelity Student Program from recruitment through completion.
• Develop learning, networking, development, and career-growth programs for students.
• Use feedback, industry trends, and stakeholder input to improve programs and align them with workforce planning objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, early-career programs, university relations, workforce planning, or a related field.
• Experience building partnerships and influencing stakeholders across diverse groups.
• Experience leading initiatives, programs, or teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.
