Associate Director, Enterprise Warehousing

Location: USA - Remote

What you will do

• Lead multi-site warehouse operations across plant-attached warehouses and third-party logistics distribution centers.
• Standardize warehouse operating models, processes, systems, roles, and performance routines.
• Manage 3PL partners through service-level agreements, KPI governance, corrective actions, sourcing, and cost optimization.
• Own warehouse performance across service, cost, safety, quality, inventory accuracy, throughput, and labor productivity.
• Manage the regional operating budget, financial reviews, variance analysis, forecasting, and productivity savings.
• Lead continuous improvement, network optimization, analytics, automation, and system enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA; the role is remote.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience managing multi-site operations, including 3PL environments.
• Experience leading and developing direct and indirect warehouse leadership teams.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Financial acumen, including budget ownership and cost management.
• Experience in matrixed, geographically dispersed organizations or CPG, food, and regulated environments.
• Experience with WMS platforms such as SAP EWM, analytics tools, Lean, or Six Sigma.
