What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and confirm delivery times with customers.
• Provide professional and personalized service to ensure a seamless and memorable delivery experience.
• Address concerns, delays, or issues with delivery times by providing effective solutions and alternatives.
• Accurately input and update customer information and delivery schedules into the internal system.
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure accurate scheduling and smooth execution.
• Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred, especially in delivery scheduling or logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a high emphasis on accuracy in data entry.
