Delivery Scheduler (Retail)

Location: On-site/hybrid in Boston Heights, Ohio, USA. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; five-day work week.

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to schedule, reschedule, and confirm deliveries.
• Provide personalized customer service and encourage customers to accept scheduled deliveries.
• Resolve delivery delays, scheduling concerns, and other customer issues by offering appropriate alternatives.
• Enter and update customer information and delivery schedules accurately in company systems.
• Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining timely, calm, and professional communication.
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to support accurate scheduling and smooth delivery execution.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred, especially in delivery scheduling or logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and clear explanation skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail for accurate data entry and scheduling.
• Ability to solve customer concerns quickly and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work on-site/hybrid in Boston Heights, Ohio, and follow the stated five-day schedule.
