Supply Chain Customer Service Specialist (Hospital Products)

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States; hybrid with a required minimum number of onsite days

Salary: $43,200–$59,400 annually

What you will do

• Manage order fulfillment for the Hospital Products business through phone, email, fax, and other communication channels.
• Support external customers and internal colleagues by handling inquiries, correspondence, and order-related exceptions.
• Process orders, backorders, shipping discrepancies, returns, and other customer requests accurately and efficiently.
• Review product needs, inventory availability, order quantities, and delivery requirements; expedite product availability when needed.
• Document service failures, maintain accurate records, and prepare customer-required reports.
• Collaborate with Product Information, Distribution Centers, Planning and Deployment, Credit and Collections, Customer Master, Sales Representatives, and other internal teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and web-based applications.
• Ability to work remotely using a high-speed wired internet connection and work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CST.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
