Lead Product Manager (API Integrations)

Base salary: $132,700–$178,600 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for utility integrations across Customer Information Systems, ADMS, and Grid DERMS.
• Extend internal APIs into a cohesive, high-performance public API surface.
• Develop enrollment automation for customers and distributed energy assets across eligibility and lifecycle systems.
• Improve customer onboarding with SDKs, quick-start guides, test datasets, and clear documentation.
• Partner with platform teams on data model extensions that support automation and analysis.
• Translate complex utility, security, compliance, and governance constraints into clear product requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software product management experience.
• Meaningful ownership of APIs, platform products, or third-party integrations.
• Deep knowledge of utility operations, including systems such as CIS and ADMS.
• Experience navigating security, compliance, and IT governance reviews with client technical teams.
• Ability to turn complex, non-standard stakeholder requirements into a coherent product plan.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; new employment authorization sponsorship and other immigration-related support are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with utility control room operations, NERC CIP requirements, or Customer Information Systems.
• Background in API products, in-house utility environments, enterprise integrations, or solutions engineering.
