Procurement Manager, FF&E

What you will do

• Prepare quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, cost estimates, interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Support FF&E procurement by sourcing suppliers, preparing RFQs, comparing quotations, and assisting with negotiations and purchase orders.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and material standards.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, procurement status, delivery schedules, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with site and planning teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Liaise with engineers, consultants, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 5–8+ years of experience in quantity surveying and/or procurement.
• Experience with mid- to large-scale real estate development at a developer, project management consultancy, or tier-one contracting firm.
• Multi-disciplinary quantity take-off experience across Civil, Interior, and MEP scopes.
• Familiarity with international contract forms, including FIDIC, and strong knowledge of technical specifications and material standards.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel; the role is on-site in Miami, FL.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of BIM standards, including ISO 19650 and PAS 1192.
