Procurement Intern

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Corporate HQ, 100 Franklin St, Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $23.00 per hour

What you will do

• Create dashboards and tracking templates for procurement policies and procedures.
• Review vendors, assess eligibility, and support vendor communications.
• Track and approve invoices, spend changes, monthly KPIs, and electronic transactions for compliance.
• Issue RFPs and conduct bid analysis.
• Support category management and promote adoption of new procurement policies.
• Lead a project defined for the internship term.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate program focused on business, supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP or CMMS systems, dashboards, or Power BI is relevant.
• Must complete pre-employment drug screening.
