Supply Engineering Team Lead (Procurement)

Location: Remote or on-site in Serbia, Poland, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Armenia, or Georgia; Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Supply Engineers, assigning priorities, reviewing work, and providing coaching.
• Coordinate glass, hardware, and material procurement to support production launches and container arrivals.
• Plan inventory levels, forecast procurement needs, and maintain material lists based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules while resolving supplier quality, logistics, and delivery issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, Warehouse, and Installation teams to improve procurement workflows and support engineering changes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Procurement Engineer, Supply Engineer, or in a similar engineering procurement role on the U.S. market.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience with international suppliers, procurement, sourcing, and import/export of engineering or production materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation; proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PDF tools, and task management systems such as ClickUp.
• Fluent English is required; fluent Russian is a plus.
