What you will do

• Identify and implement strategic partnerships with vendors to meet customer waste management needs.
• Manage end-to-end procurement and reprocurement processes to optimize service quality and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to support vendor communication and service procurement.
• Monitor and improve vendor performance using balanced scorecards and relationship building.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, including Regional Sourcing Team Leads and Associates.
• Drive vendor adoption of hirify.global’s innovative programs and hauler smartphone applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in vendor partner management with a track record of performance improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional vendor evaluation and selection.
• Proven ability to develop, train, and coach other professionals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in the USA.
