Consultant Advisory Services (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; travel required 61–80% within the United States

Salary: $72,000–$120,000 annually

What you will do

• Participate in healthcare advisory engagements, identifying client needs through interviews, data analysis, and observation.
• Lead analyses, interpret findings, form recommendations, and prepare client presentations and deliverables.
• Support implementation of recommended performance improvements and execute project plans.
• Build and maintain dynamic data models using hirify.global, PINC AI, and client datasets.
• Standardize and automate client deliverables and internal tools.
• Lead analytics deliverables and troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of applicable experience.
• High school education required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, develop conclusions, communicate findings, and create presentations for client audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, and make independent decisions.
• Ability to travel 61–80% within the United States.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and work with computers and software.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, business, or finance experience and an interest in healthcare performance management.
• Experience with complex healthcare datasets, data visualization, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and methodology development.
• Statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or MATLAB; advanced Excel, Tableau, and business intelligence skills.
• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt experience.
• Market awareness, negotiation, networking, risk management, and client development skills.
