Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote or hybrid from Germany or Austria, following onboarding at the Zurich headquarters; monthly visits to Zurich are strongly encouraged and financially supported.

What you will do

• Own customer implementation journeys end-to-end, from requirements discovery through delivery, satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Design scalable, tailored solutions aligned with customer workflows and business goals.
• Work with engineering to solve technical challenges, adapt the platform, and integrate it with existing systems.
• Act as a trusted customer partner by identifying needs, sharing insights, and increasing automation value.
• Collaborate with sales on implementation plans and drive deep product adoption.
• Translate implementation feedback into long-term platform improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical action and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent German and English, including written and verbal communication with native-speaking clients.
• Ownership, autonomy, adaptability, structured problem solving, and a customer-first mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash processes.
