TL;DR
PMO Specialist (AI): Supporting PMO and delivery activities while developing Agentic PMO offerings, project management frameworks, and AI automation use cases with an accent on backlog management, work-package ownership, and cross-stream coordination. Focus on structuring requirements, tracking dependencies and deliverables, and translating prioritised AI use cases into pilot initiatives.

Location: Remote, Budapest, Hungary

Fixed-term engagement from 5 October 2026 to 31 December 2026, with an extension option.

What you will do

  • Manage and prioritise a central backlog across relevant workstreams.
  • Translate incoming requirements into actionable work packages and drive them through completion.
  • Track deliverables, action items, timelines, dependencies, blockers, and decisions.
  • Prepare management updates, escalations, workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meeting materials.
  • Develop PMO frameworks, templates, starter packages, one-pagers, presentations, and best-practice toolkits.
  • Research and prioritise AI, automation, and Agentic PMO use cases and support their transition into pilots.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in PMO, project coordination, or Delivery Support.
  • Experience managing backlogs, work packages, action items, timelines, and dependencies in complex transformation or cross-stream environments.
  • Knowledge of agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and backlog or portfolio management.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, prioritisation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, agent-based workflows, or comparable AI tools.
  • Fluent English and good German skills required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience developing or improving PMO, project management, or consulting offerings.
  • Experience with Planner, Confluence, Power BI, SharePoint, or comparable collaboration tools.
