Location: Hybrid in Mannheim, Germany, with regular attendance at the Mannheim office

Salary: €17.00–€22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support strategic, company-wide projects and initiatives on a day-to-day basis.
• Research and analyze ESG regulations and legislative developments that shape the product catalogue.
• Prepare presentations, process documentation, and decision-making materials.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and presentation workflows.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Officer, Product Content, and other departments.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program, ideally in Business Informatics, Economics, or a related business-and-technology discipline.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to understand ESG regulations and legislative processes quickly.
• Comfortable using Claude, PowerPoint, Excel, and new software and technologies.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, curious, and able to solve problems independently.
• Fluent English and German are mandatory.
• Must be able to attend the Mannheim office regularly.

Nice to have

• Prior internship, working student, or similar practical experience in an IT or software environment.
