What you will do

• Drive revenue growth through deal origination, pipeline development, opportunity shaping, and commercial negotiations.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders at banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies.
• Lead executive workshops, transformation initiatives, and end-to-end consulting engagements.
• Oversee delivery quality, financial performance, margins, backlog growth, and measurable business impact.
• Manage, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary consulting and technology teams.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, thought leadership, innovation, and market positioning.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in CXO-level client engagement and relationship management.
• Experience working with major Financial Services clients, including banking and insurance organizations.
• Proven ability to commercialize senior-executive relationships and support high-value business development.
• Strong track record leading complex consulting engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing revenue growth, margins, financial performance, and business outcomes.
• Deep Financial Services industry expertise, strong leadership presence, and the ability to drive innovation and organizational change.
