Enterprise Account Executive (Brazil) (Blockchain Security)

Location: Remote, based in Brazil, with regional travel required when needed

Global blockchain security business providing audits, monitoring, and compliance services for Web3 clients.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of established accounts across Latin America.
• Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across the security solutions suite.
• Build trusted relationships with CTOs, founders, heads of security, and other key stakeholders.
• Work with engineering and delivery teams to support client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
• Represent the business at LATAM industry events and act as the regional point of contact for existing clients.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of account management or customer success experience in Web3, blockchain security, cybersecurity, SaaS, or institutional fintech.
• Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including DeFi, smart contracts, and blockchain protocols.
• Proven ability to retain and grow accounts against revenue targets.
• Native or fluent Portuguese is required.
• Based in Brazil and able to travel regionally when required.
