Delivery Manager, DMV

Location: Frisco, Texas, United States; onsite management required five days per week. Candidates must be US based to support the US Government Market.

Salary: $156,360–$296,880 annual base compensation, with location-specific ranges for California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Virginia, New York, and Washington. The role may also include a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead customer-facing delivery activities within a contractual framework.
• Manage delivery teams and oversee high-quality, reliable application development design.
• Partner with delivery stakeholders to achieve positive customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, business architects, software developers, and software architects across the DMV account portfolio.
• Support the design, deployment, and maintenance of reliable, available, and future-proof systems and services.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in direct customer-facing roles.
• At least 5 years of experience leading delivery teams.
• At least 5 years of management experience, including managing more than 20 employees.
• Knowledge of hirify.global competencies, managed platforms, IT services, and technology vendors.
• Experience in a lead/doer role with knowledge comparable to the employees being managed.
• Must be US based and able to manage onsite at the Frisco, Texas site five days per week.
