Director, Delivery, Federal Services (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead federal services recruiting strategy and delivery operations across existing accounts and new business opportunities.
• Manage Team Leads and direct and indirect recruiters through coaching, workflow direction, performance reviews, and requisition prioritization.
• Develop delivery strategies based on client needs, talent pools, market conditions, and recruiting intelligence.
• Use BI dashboards and Bullhorn reporting to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and improve delivery outcomes.
• Partner with sales and business development leaders on account planning, client requirements, and hiring opportunities.
• Implement scalable recruiting processes, tools, reporting practices, and training frameworks for new recruiters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, public administration, a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years of experience in recruiting, account management, delivery management, staffing, professional services, government services, or a related client-facing function.
• Proven experience developing delivery strategy, leading teams, directing work, coaching, or developing people.
• Knowledge of federal services IT, cybersecurity, and engineering cleared labor markets.
• Ability to analyze recruiting performance, market intelligence, trends, gaps, and delivery barriers.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Reston, Virginia, with approximately 20% travel for client, prospect, and business-development activities.
