What you will do
- Operate multi-axis CNC machines according to company procedures and lean methodology.
- Assemble mold components and perform production activities in the mold shop.
- Follow defined quality policies, production standards, and safety requirements.
- Perform routing and standard activities while tracking work through relevant documentation.
- Identify operational, maintenance, and safety issues and highlight potential improvements.
- Develop and apply new technical and multi-skilled capabilities through training and on-the-job experience.
