CNC Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Plymouth, MN, United States; onsite, 2nd shift Monday–Thursday, 2:45 p.m.–1:15 a.m.

Salary: $22.00–$26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Review job travelers, measured drawings, cut sheets, and inspection documents to complete production work accurately.
• Set up and operate CNC machinery and router equipment according to job specifications and operating procedures.
• Perform and document first-article and in-process inspections using calipers, protractors, tape measures, and other precision tools.
• Operate equipment safely, perform routine maintenance, and follow production and quality procedures.
• Handle, label, and store parts and materials according to documented guidelines.
• Maintain process certifications, care for equipment and tools, and follow safety regulations.

Requirements

• General understanding of Fanuc-controlled machinery, Router CIM programming, and ADA machining equipment.
• Good mathematics, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and remain stationary while operating machinery.
• Ability to frequently move within the facility and lift, push, pull, or carry 25+ pounds.
• Safety and hazardous-materials training is provided by ADA.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
