CNC Operator (First Shift) (CNC)

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire; on-site, first shift Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Salary: $18–$21 per hour

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and monitor HAAS CNC machining equipment.
• Load and unload parts, programs, tools, and machine offsets.
• Perform tool changes and set tools for production runs.
• Monitor part accuracy, turnaround time, and compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Complete operator preventive maintenance tasks and escalate issues to the shift team lead or supervisor.
• Follow manufacturing processes and procedures to support on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a CNC manufacturing facility.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools to verify tolerances.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving, attention-to-detail, time-management, and teamwork skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States under ITAR requirements: U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, or qualifying refugee/asylee status.
• Temporary visa holders, including E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, TN, and OPT, are not eligible.
