CNC Operator/Programmer (Weekend - Night Shift)

Location: United States; Friday–Sunday, 5:00 pm–5:00 am

What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production program issues on the shop floor.
• Develop offline CNC programs for critical paths and production bottlenecks.
• Support new product introductions and project-related programming activities.
• Improve programming efficiency, cycle times, throughput, and machine utilization.
• Train and assist other CNC setup operators while documenting manufacturing activities accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in metalworking, EIA G-code editing, and Mazatrol programming/editing.
• Experience working with Mazak milling machines.
• Strong knowledge of EdgeCam or Fusion 360.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage changing priorities, and work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Physical ability to sit for extended periods, move throughout the manufacturing plant, and lift up to 40 pounds is required.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of manufacturing experience.
• Associate or technical degree.
