Senior Talent Specialist, US (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Based out of the US office in Boulder, Colorado; relocation support is included. The role is remote-enabled, but office-first with in-person work as the default.

Salary: $130K–$150K plus equity.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across regions and functions, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers.
• Build talent pipelines and support workforce planning, capability mapping, and future hiring needs.
• Design scalable recruitment processes, tools, workflows, and practices for growing hiring volumes.
• Coach hiring leaders on interviewing, assessment quality, inclusive hiring, and decision-making.
• Track hiring metrics, support compensation benchmarking, and provide market insights for competitive offers.
• Represent hirify.global at events, universities, and industry forums while strengthening the employer brand.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in high-growth or global technology environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines and regions, ideally for sales and marketing roles.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, communication, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with high-volume hiring while maintaining talent quality and candidate experience.
• Knowledge of US employment law, immigration requirements, and compliance.
• Proactive ownership, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
