Senior Talent Specialist (US)

Location: Based out of the US office in Boulder, Colorado; remote flexibility is available, but office-first work is the default. Relocation support to the United States is included.

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across regions and business functions, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers.
• Build candidate pipelines and execute recruitment strategies for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, role requirements, capability mapping, and success profiles.
• Design scalable recruitment processes, tools, workflows, and assessment practices.
• Coach hiring leaders and improve interviewing quality, inclusive decision-making, and candidate experience.
• Track hiring metrics, support compensation benchmarking, and contribute to employer branding, diversity, and internal mobility initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience scaling high-performing teams across multiple regions, preferably in high-growth or global technology environments.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, communication, reporting, and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with high-volume hiring across multiple disciplines; GTM, sales, or marketing recruitment experience is relevant.
• Knowledge of United States employment laws, immigration requirements, and compliance.
• Ability to work from or relocate to the United States, with the role based in Boulder, Colorado.
