Apartment Community Manager (Property Management)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, USA; on-site apartment community work required

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 annually, plus commissions for new leases and renewals

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports.
• Direct apartment community operations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident service.
• Manage property budgets, increase revenue, and achieve operational and financial goals.
• Drive leasing activity, revenue growth, resident satisfaction, and compliance with legal standards and company policies.
• Coach and support team members while delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• At least two years of experience in a property management leadership role.
• Two to four years of experience leading teams in competitive sales and customer service environments.
• Experience mentoring and coaching diverse teams, using sales processes and metrics, and managing financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, and Salesforce.
• Availability for a flexible Tuesday–Saturday schedule, typically 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., and reliable transportation.
