Chief of Staff (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; on-site

Salary: €90,000–€110,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global is an analytics platform that helps marketing, SEO, and growth teams measure brand visibility and competitive performance across AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.

What you will do

• Work directly with the CRO and leadership team across Sales, Growth, and Customer Success.
• Build the sales playbook and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Create content and drive launches for product and growth initiatives.
• Design internal processes and keep daily operations running efficiently.
• Support recruiting coordination and help attract high-quality talent.
• Take ownership of ambiguous, high-impact business problems.

Requirements

• Either a Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding academic results from a top university and 2+ internships at a top-tier startup, venture capital fund, investment bank, or strategy consulting firm, or 1+ year of experience in one of those environments.
• Strong interest in startups and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, unstructured settings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of technology and enthusiasm for hands-on work with AI and SaaS tools.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with exposure to product, growth, marketing, strategy, or operations.
• Ability to work on-site in Berlin.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma, Linear, Lemlist, Clay, or n8n.
• Creativity and a strong eye for design when creating content and presentations.
