Senior People Partner, Technology & Product (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with engineering and product leaders to redesign R&D structures, team topologies, and ways of working.
• Translate the impact of AI on work into decisions about roles, skills, productivity, and team composition.
• Rebuild performance, hiring, onboarding, merit, and talent systems for fast-moving technology teams.
• Identify future capabilities and develop talent plans before capability gaps become obvious.
• Help leaders make better decisions in ambiguity while building effective and sustainable teams.
• Use data and judgment to improve organizational performance while preserving creativity, trust, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience working closely with R&D or engineering teams.
• Experience participating in meaningful organizational transformation.
• Ability to redesign core HR systems when existing processes do not fit technology teams.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and the future of work.
• Proactive, analytical, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with incomplete clarity.
• Belief that the People function is a core driver of business performance.
